Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuppTime iOS application ("App") developed by Veysel Kurnaz ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading or using SuppTime, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SuppTime on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any free-tier limitations, subscription checks, or in-app purchase verification mechanisms
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

3. Free Tier & Premium Subscription

SuppTime offers a free tier that allows up to 3 active supplements. Additional features, including unlimited supplements, preset expert stacks, home screen widgets, and Apple Watch support, are available via a SuppTime Premium subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. We commit to not raising prices for at least one year from the effective date of these Terms.

4. Medical Disclaimer

SuppTime is an organizational and informational tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Supplement interaction warnings, synergy highlights, and timing recommendations in the app are for general educational reference only.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information displayed in SuppTime. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications, consult your physician before using any supplement.

5. Accuracy of Information

The supplement database included in SuppTime is compiled from publicly available research and is updated periodically. We make no warranty that the information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances. Supplement science evolves rapidly; always verify information with authoritative sources or a qualified professional.

6. Data & Availability

Your supplement and log data is stored on your device and optionally synced via your private iCloud account. We do not back up your data on our own servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, iCloud account issues, or app deletion.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App. We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within SuppTime are the exclusive property of Veysel Kurnaz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to damages for personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or health-related outcomes — arising from your use of or inability to use SuppTime, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SuppTime is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of SuppTime after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
